Since the coverage area was small, I focused only on essential SEO elements. To compete with the new rival, I launched a Performance Max campaign to appear in local search results for urgent care. I managed reviews to strengthen trust and visibility. With a higher budget than the competitor, we quickly appeared more often at the top of search results. Main performance indicators were phone calls and clicks on “get directions.” As a result, we noticed a significant increase in new patient visits after starting the ads, which confirmed their effectiveness.
